As a Pro Natural Bodybuilder I have gone through the process and learned from some of the best in the industry. I will cover every aspect of getting on stage so that there is no extra stress in the months, weeks and days leading up to a contest. Some of the most commonly feared items such as (peak weak strategies, color, posing/stage presence, suit choice, music choice, pre-contest motivation, post-contest mind set, and more).

I will offer a full assessment of where your physique is and how long it will take you to get into stage condition. I prefer to diet clients using the slow fat loss approach to ensure muscle retention and a healthy transition.

I will base your diet on your life style and allow several options for food choice. Training program are also available and I can hand tailor them toward your needs as well. Team Pro Physique is very hands on so I do limit the number of clients I work with at one time to ensure the proper amount of personal attention is paid.

One of the most common problems with weight loss and dieting is the rebound effect that so often occurs. As we diet our body adapts metabolically to our current diet and cardiovascular stimulus to ensure we survive. Once the metabolism has adapted it is very easy to store fat. Large meals with no control often become binges. Body fat stored during these periods will be more difficult to remove since the metabolism has not recovered. My programs will help repair metabolic adaptation by slowly adding in food without adding unnecessary body fat.
