Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida where he assisted with research focused on nutritional strategies for physique enhancement. He understands the challenges and rewards of working hard in the gym, and more importantly, out of the gym making wise dietary choices. Ben’s devotion and enjoyment for health and fitness has driven him to compete in powerlifting, and as a competitor.
Ben believes that consistent resistance training and proper nutrition are key to achieve an optimized lifestyle in terms of physical fitness and body composition, which can be accomplished at any age or experience level. He is certified through the National Academy of Metabolic Science as a nutrition consultant and is a NASM certified personal trainer.
