We endeavour to ensure that each client is properly and thoroughly assessed before working with us. Each client is provided with a customized program that is tailored for their specific needs and requirements.

Although many would consider it an individual sport, we look at competing and even transformations as a team effort. Paul Revelia

Owner & Head Coach

Paul combines a blended mix of science, proven training methods, sports nutrition and his extensive practical experience to help all types of clients achieve their best results possible. With years of coaching experience and a strong educational background in the field, Paul is well rounded and able to explain the ‘why’ to clients when discussing the process. Paul has a solid foundation that allows him to fully understand the process, the human body and how various clients will respond to changing variables. This focus on customization and assessing each specific client is at the core of his and all of the Pro Physique Coach’s methodology. Paul’s passion for coaching and demonstrated results over the past decade have earned him a spot among some of the top coaches in USA.

Stephen Beaugrand

Certifications: Master’s in Sports and Exercise Science

Achievements: Pro Bodybuilder

Stephen is both a natural pro bodybuilder and competitive powerlifter. He has coached many competitors to the national level stage, as well as multiple natural league pro cards and overall wins. He takes an evidence-based approach to his coaching and believes that to truly be your best, you must be fostered with positivity. His subset of clients within the team has been nicknamed “Team Awkward” due to his tendency to be very honest about his eccentric personality and quirks.

Stephen’s goal is to change the image of the fitness industry to one where anyone feels able to find their place while embodying all their own unique eccentric qualities.

Tyler Wiebe

Certifications: BA in Kinesiology

Tyler is both a physique competitor and a powerlifter. His experience on stage and the platform has allowed him to better understand nutrition and training needs for all types of athletes and goals whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or both.

Throughout his 5+ years of being a personal trainer, and working one-on-one with clients, he has been able to help countless people lose body fat, gain muscle mass, and implement lifelong change in their overall health. Through proper nutrition, tracking your food and resistance training he is confident that with his experience as a coach over the years, you will be able to reach your fat loss goal. Not only will he help you reach your goals, but he hopes to give you the tools and knowledge to lead a healthy, sustainable lifestyle beyond his time coaching with you. Most, importantly his goal is to ensure that you have a healthy relationship with yourself and food.

Kait Callahan

Certifications: B.S Biology with a concentration in Pharmacy

Kaitlin has played sports all of her life, division 1 basketball player in college at UNCG. Her experience as a coach encompasses a variety of people; from the stay at home moms to the elite athletes to the people with general health issues. Overall, she loves having the ability to impact lives and show people that this can be something sustainable.

She is passionate about studying the science behind bodybuilders because it’s so extreme but she genuinely just loves being able to be a coach and allow people to live their best life.

Danielle Aguilar

Certifications: Bachelors and Master’s degree in Exercise Science

Danielle Aguilar began weight training at the age of 15 when her swimming career hit a plateau and she was in need of more cross-training options. Following years of track and swimming, she opted to switch out the endless amounts of cardio for weight training and has competed as a powerlifter for the past 3 years. She is a co-author of published research with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Danielle is committed to assisting her clients to reach their goals in a manner that is both safe and sustainable.

Dani Krshka

Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IMC and NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer

Dani Krshka is a certified weight management specialist and is a national level bikini competitor. Dani has been competing in the sport since 2012 as well as coaching lifestyle clients and competitors.

She’s helped many women get to the stage for the first time as well as hundreds of lifestyle clients completely change their relationship with food for the better while reaching their weight loss goals at the same time.

Her goal is to help others increase their quality of life and find strength and confidence both physically and mentally through a flexible dieting lifestyle.

Josh Dudeck

Certifications: BS in Exercise Science, NSCA CPT, ISSN Sports Nutrition Specialist and USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach

Josh began bodybuilding in high school. Being one of Paul’s first clients, Josh has placed at several bodybuilding shows.
While working in both a human performance lab and personal training, he is a published co-author on 15 scientific papers. After years of being a personal trainer and working with clients online, he has been able to help countless people reach their goals for fat loss, gaining muscle, or implementing life long changes to help overall health. With his experience as a coach over the years, we are confident he will be able to help you reach your goals.
