Phil is a NAMS certified nutrition consultant and has experience as both a powerlifter and fitness lifestyle client. As a kid Phil struggled with his weight and began working out at 12 as an outlet, but at 16 and 307lbs he realized he needed more than just lifting weights. Since 2006 by applying a flexible dieting approach while continuing resistance training he’s lost and kept off 100lbs. Phil’s goal as a coach is for practicality to meet sustainability for all of his clients’ goals- whether they be to gain strength, lose body fat, or improve overall health. He has worked with a variety of people from busy professionals to postpartum moms and is ready to guide his clients to a healthy relationship with food.
