Priscila earned her B.S. in Exercise Science, as well as her M.S. in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, from the University of South Florida in Dr. Bill Campbell’s lab. She is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has 6 years of personal training experience working with all ages and special populations. She has been an athlete all her life and eventually lead her to start powerlifting. Her athletic background piqued her interest in the health and fitness field, which lead to her degrees, experiences, and her passion for helping others.
During her time as a personal trainer and pursuing her education, she has been able to guide and educate her clients to not only achieve their goals, but also build lasting lifestyle habits, no matter their age or condition. She believes that education is key and the best tool you can have in your toolbox and strives to be a mentor to her clients. “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
Not only does Priscila want you to achieve your goals, but to also have all the tools in your toolbox to set you up for long-term success both physically and mentally, all while having fun and living life!
