Sarah is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and nationally qualified bikini competitor. She has been an athlete all her life, starting gymnastics at age 3 and then transitioning to swimming at age 10. She was a Division I swimmer at Clemson University.
Sarah has helped many women improve their physique through an evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. Her goal is to educate clients on the benefits of fueling their body and how to embrace their inner athlete through intentional strength training.
Sarah’s passion lies in her mantra, “Challenge Yourself”. She strives to meet clients wherever they are on their fitness journey, enhance their bodies and minds to build a stronger, more confident athlete.
