Stephanie is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, NPC bikini competitor, wife, and mother of 3. She has been an athlete most of her life beginning at the age of 9 with morning runs alongside her dad. Since then, she has run hundreds of races including marathons, Pikes Peak Ascent, and an ultra-marathon. Her running came to a halt after an accident in 2005. After 2 surgeries, time to heal, and needing to fill the void of running, she discovered a passion for weight training and nutrition with Flexible Dieting and knew she wanted to share this knowledge with others.
In 2017, Stephanie earned her certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NAMS) and has helped multiple men and women improve their physique and quality of life with evidence-based training and nutrition coaching. She wants others to find the passion of discovering that balance with food and how to love your body again through proper resistance training and nutrition.
Stephanie is a firm believer of “everything happens for a reason” and knows she found a new passion of helping others. She encourages her clients in their current life and fitness journey, whether a beginner or experienced, you CAN enhance your life, enjoy outings, become stronger and confident at any age.
