Eligibility:
You do not require access to a gym in order to participate. The Challenge is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time The Challenge commences. The Challenge is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Pro Physique Inc, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to The 90 Day Transformation Challenge. Pro Physique Inc reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the 90 Day Transformation Challenge.

Dates:
Online entries open on Monday, November 15th, 2021 and close on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at 11:59pm EST. Late entries open on Monday, January 10th, 2022 and close on Friday, January 14th, 2022 at 11:59pm EST.

Submission of contestant photographs open on Monday, January 17th, 2022. All entries with the Check-In Card and starting photos (front, side, back and a picture of the scale depicting the contestant’s weight) must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, January 23rd, 2022.

The official start of the Transformation Challenge is Monday, January 17th, 2022

At the end of 90 Days which is Sunday, April 17th, 2022 each contestant will have 48 hours to submit their final progress photos (showing front, side, back and a picture of the scale depicting the contestant’s weight) Final progress photos must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

The Top 20 Transformation Challenge Finalists (20 Male & 20 Female) will be announced on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022.  Finalists will be announced on Pro Physique’s Transformation Private Facebook Page and Pro Physique’s website on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. Pro Physique Inc reserves the right to modify or change the dates of the 90 Day Transformation Challenge at any time.

COMPETITION RULES

Your photos must be the originals and not altered in any way. No Photo shopping that waist down or adding muscles in (we have tools to tell this).

Trust in us that we’ll choose the most qualified candidates out of all of the entries that come in. This is a contest about your personal achievement, or the achievement of your clients if you’re a coach/trainer, no complaining or whining if you don’t win. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. 90 Day Transformation Challenge participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Prize winners are responsible for any taxes in the event that they win.

Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the 90 Day Transformation Challenge. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach. Participants in the 90 Day Transformation Challenge expressly release Pro Physique Inc, affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the 90 Day Transformation Challenge.

Submission of your online entry constitutes your express consent and permission for Pro Physique Inc to use your name and photographs (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Pro Physique Inc, its business, and the 90 Day Transformation Challenge, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, as well as it’s vendors and affiliates without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the 90 Day Transformation Challenge. Submission of your completed entry shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Pro Physique Inc of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs and written responses. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of Pro Physique Inc. Once pictures are submitted as part of the competition they become the sole property of Pro Physique Inc and may not be used in another weight loss, transformation or healthy-living competition.

In photos the contestants are to stand with their arms at their sides and to include their entire body, from head to toe. Photos should be taken against a plain background. Copyrighted photos will not be accepted unless a signed release of use to Pro Physique Inc is provided.
