You can change your contact email, but you cannot change your login credentials. Only the credentials used to purchase your ticket will have access to the challenges, downloads, private groups etc. Once logged into the website you can manage your contact information by clicking on your name in the blue box in the top right corner and selecting "my account."

Pro Physique has a no refund policy that must be agreed to at the time of purchase for all ebooks, downloads, events, and services. Since downloads, ebooks, meal plans, training plans, events, and services cannot be physically returned we cannot refund these products, events, or services.

Did you sign up for Basic Entry or Guided Entry? If you signed up for Basic Entry, you can adjust your macros using our macro calculator, or you can make a post in the private Transformation Challenge Facebook group. Progress is tracked through your Day 1 and Day 90 photos. If you signed up for Guided Entry your selected coach will adjust your macros in one of your seven check-ins as needed. Progress will also be tracked through your Day 1 and Day 90 photos.

You only need to submit photos if you are planning on competing for prizes. If you are not interested in the prizes, you do not need to submit photos.

The Day 1 card will be posted in our Transformation Challenge group on our website, in our Facebook group, and will be emailed to you when the submission portal opens to submit your Day 1 picture.

The Day 60 or Day 90 card will be posted in our Transformation Challenge group on our website, in our Facebook group, and will be emailed to you when the submission portal opens to submit your Day 60 or Day 90 pictures.

They are two separate groups that require admission from our admin team to each. Please keep in mind, admission may take 12-48 hours depending on when you applied to join the groups as these are manually approved by our admin team.

No, but your coach will provide you with custom macros during our Transformation Challenges. They will also adjust them along the way as needed.

If you are doing the Guided option, your coach will advise you on this. If you are doing the Basic Entry option we recommend using our macro calculator to determine your caloric needs based on your goal. Chose the meal plan that fits the closest.

Progress is tracked via pictures, weight, waist measurement, and your essay at the end of 90 days.

Utilize the Facebook group, and the website group to stay motivated and connected with like-minded individuals who are persuing a similar goal.

Yes! However, you must be over the age of 18 at the start of the challenge.
