Tyler is both a physique competitor and a powerlifter. His experience on stage and the platform has allowed him to better understand nutrition and training needs for all types of athletes and goals whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or both. Throughout his 5+ years of being a personal trainer, and working one-on-one with clients, he has been able to help countless people lose body fat, gain muscle mass, and implement lifelong change in their overall health. Through proper nutrition, tracking your food and resistance training he is confident that with his experience as a coach over the years, you will be able to reach your fat loss goal. Not only will he help you reach your goals, but he hopes to give you the tools and knowledge to lead a healthy, sustainable lifestyle beyond his time coaching with you. Most, importantly his goal is to ensure that you have a healthy relationship with yourself and food.
