Tyler is both a physique competitor, powerlifting, and overall lover of the gym. His experience on stage and the platform has allowed him to better understand the nutrition and training needs for variety of athletes and lifestyle clients- whether the goals are fat loss, muscle gain, or overall lifestyle changes. Since starting his career in 2013 as a fitness and nutrition coach, he has been able to help countless people lose body fat, gain muscle mass, and implement lifelong changes to their overall health. Through proper nutrition, food tracking and resistance training, Tyler will be able to help you reach your fitness goals, all while equipping you with the tools and knowledge to lead a healthy, sustainable lifestyle beyond his time working with you. Most importantly, his goal is to ensure that you have a healthy relationship with yourself, food and training, even beyond working with him.Since starting with Pro Physique in 2017, Tyler and his wife Stephanie have started a family and enjoy spending time with their daughter Quinn and their dog Piper. He is also continually learning and growing to serve his clients best and is now NAMS (National Academy of Metabolic Science) certified and will complete his Sports Nutrition Association Certification August 2021. He has completed his BS in Exercise Science with a specialization in strength & conditioning.
